Barista (Luckin Coffee Hexa Walk)

Key Responsibilities
-Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverage items according to Luckin Coffee standards.
-Operate coffee machines, brewing equipment, and point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately.
-Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
-Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, equipment, and seating area.
-Manage order accuracy and speed, ensuring minimal wait time for customers.
-Support team operations, including stock management and restocking as needed.
-Follow all food safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs.
-Contribute to creating a positive, efficient, and customer-focused work environment.

Requirements
-Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
-Prior F&B or barista experience preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
-Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
-Friendly, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
-Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
-Passionate about coffee and providing great service.
