Barista (Mandarin Speaker)

Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent.
1 year of experience as a barista or in food & beverage preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and café equipment (e.g., espresso machine, grinder).
Pleasant personality with strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
Able to speak in Mandarin is a Must.
Skills required: Coffee Preparation, Customer Service and Latte Art.
Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages (hot and cold).
Basic knowledge of preparing matcha drinks is preferred; training can be provided
Assist in food preparation, including light meals or snacks that pair with meat products (e.g., sandwiches, wraps).
Educate customers on drink and food pairings, especially featuring house-brand meats.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the café and workstation in compliance with health & safety standards.
Operate POS system; handle customer payments and receipts accurately.
Maintain inventory of café supplies; communicate restocking needs.
Work collaboratively with the retail and kitchen teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist with events, tastings, or seasonal campaigns tied to product launches.
