Bartender

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve mocktails, specialty beverages, coffee, tea, and other non-alcoholic drinks according to company standards

Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and beverage station

Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control

Handle customer orders professionally and efficiently

Ensure all hygiene, food safety, and SOP standards are followed

Support floor team during peak service periods when needed

Assist in developing signature beverage menus and promotions

Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and equipment

Support management during pre-opening setup and operations

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender or beverage crew in F&B industry

Experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred

Knowledge of mocktail and beverage preparation is an advantage

Positive attitude with good communication and customer service skills

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Team player with strong sense of responsibility and cleanliness

Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Able to travel to or relocate to Kulim, Kedah
