BAU Support

We are currently looking for BAU Support professionals to join our team.

Experience Level:

- Executive: Fresh graduates or 1–3 years of experience
- Assistant Manager (AM): 4–6 years of experience
- Manager (M1): 6–8 years of experience
- Manager (M2): 8 years and above

Technical Requirements:

- Experience with Oracle, Java, Unix, Smart COBOL, AIX, and Linux
- Experience in supporting or implementing Life Insurance applications is an advantage
- Ability to read Java code
- Experience in automation scripting (Perl or Unix)
- Familiar with ticketing systems (e.g., Remedy, Service Manager)
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Splunk, Wiley, or Dynatrace is a plus
- Experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) and AIX server is preferred
- Experience with Case Manager 9 (Linux server, Java-based) is an added advantage
