Beautician (Fresh Graduates welcome to apply) Based in Penang / JB

Job description:
-Perform a variety of facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, mask and extraction, based on individual skin analysis and client needs.
-Provide waxing services, ensuring client comfort and hygiene standards are met.
-Communicate effectively with clients to understand their skincare concerns, explain treatment procedures and recommend appropriate products and home care routines.
-Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, adhering to strict hygiene and sanitizer protocols.
-Address and resolves client concern and complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
-Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, techniques, and product knowledge through continuous learning and professional development.
-Assist in inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels of products and supplies.
-Contributes to a positive supportive team environment, assisting colleagues as needed.
Requirements
-Possesses a Secondary SPM/O Level qualification.
-Open to fresh graduates seeking an entry-level position as a Beauty Therapist.
-Proficient in communication, demonstrating the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
-Exhibit empathy and a genuine care for clients' well-being and skincare needs.
-Adhere to a strong ethical code of conduct, maintaining client confidentiality and professional boundaries.
-Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address client concern and skincare issues effectively.
-Experienced and skilled in waxing techniques, providing clients with safe and satisfactory hair removal services.
-Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
-Willingness to work onsite at our Kuala Lumpur location.
