Beauty Therapist

As a Beauty Therapist at OWNLAB Secret Skin Signature, you will provide professional facial and body treatments while ensuring every customer enjoys a comfortable, safe, and results-driven experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform facial and body treatments according to company SOPs.
* Operate aesthetic machines safely and effectively.
* Conduct basic skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments and skincare products.
* Explain treatment procedures and aftercare to customers.
* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitisation of treatment rooms and equipment.
* Record customer treatment history accurately.
* Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
* Attend training sessions and work closely with the team.

Requirements

* Friendly, responsible, and well-groomed.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Willing to learn and continuously improve.
* Able to work weekends and public holidays when scheduled.
* Experience in beauty or aesthetics is an advantage (training provided).
