Job Scope: -
Create accurate and detailed 3D models of buildings and infrastructure projects using Building Information Modeling software.
Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the models meet project requirements and specifications.
To execute clash detection analysis between all disciplines, and other system packages.
To execute the coordinated model.
To attend workshop / VDR internal and official meeting in the site office with the presence of the representative.
To work with other parties (clients, consultants, and other system package contractors).
To lead in terms of BIM workflow in the CSD and SEM Coordination.
To conduct VDR with other parties every week or every 2 weeks (if requested by Client or to solve critical issues).
Job Responsibilities: -
To produce CSD and SEM drawings.
Develop 3D models of buildings and infrastructure projects using BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or ArchiCAD.
Coordinate and integrate various design disciplines into the BIM model, including architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems to LOD 300 -> LOD 500 level of development.
Ensure that BIM models adhere to industry standards and best practices.
Collaborate with project teams to resolve design conflicts and issues in the BIM model.
Generate 2D drawings, renderings, and visualizations from the BIM model for presentations and documentation.
Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle to reflect design changes and revisions.
Assist in clash detection and coordination efforts to identify and resolve conflicts between different building systems.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings and communicate effectively with project team members.
Qualification: -
Education : Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Structural / Architectural Engineering or equivalent
Experience : Minimum of 3+ of years’ experience in design, drafting and BIM management on large-scale projects.
Specialized Skill(s) : Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or ArchiCAD.
