岗位职责
Headmistress Group is looking to hire a Branch Sales Manager to manage the sales and
operations of the Headmistress outlet in Subang Jaya, Selangor. The key responsibilities of this
position are to run and manage the sales and operational aspects of the outlet including:-
Strategizing, planning and executing the marketing and sales initiatives to meet the
monthly sales target
Recommending customers for the right treatment for their scalp condition (training will
be provided)
Selling/closing treatment packages and/or products
Managing the daily operations of the outlet
Building customer relationships
Staff retention, development and motivation
Recruitment of the right talent to enhance the team
Financial reporting
