Brand and Marketing Lead

-Develops and executes strategies to drive product visibility and sales;
-Creating trade promotions, managing budgets, building relationships with trade partners, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align on objectives;
-Supporting brand marketing and sales team to ensure brand target and product listing been achieved;
-Manage in-store campaigns, promotions, and point-of-sale (POS) materials to ensure brand consistency at every touchpoint;
-To ensure cost-effective execution and maximize ROI . Monitor and analyze sales data and the effectiveness of trade initiatives, providing regular reports and insights.

Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
-3–5 years of experience in trade marketing, brand management, or sales (FMCG or retail preferred).
-Strong understanding of marketing and sales principles and trade promotions.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
-Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar analytical tools.
