Business Development Executive

Requirements

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and develop strong client relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Possess a positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn and grow.
Responsibilities

Drive and close confirmed sales across events and creative services
Build and manage your own client portfolio (leads provided at onboarding)
Work closely with internal teams to develop proposals and pitch ideas
Attend client meetings and actively represent FGS in the market
Benefits

RM3,000/month base salary (inclusive of EPF, allowances)
5% commission on nett profit fofor all closed deals (payable after client payment)
