Job Responsibility:

-Building business relationship with current and potential business partners
-Identifying, qualifying, and securing new business leads
-Developing customized targeted sales strategies
-Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
-Maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
-Pitching products and/or services to business partners
-Market research for product enhancement
-Market trends development monitoring (example: regulatory compliance, clientele behavior, etc.)
-Competitor and clientele analysis
-Commercial and operational results analysis
-Problems solving internally and externally
-Foster a collaborative environment within the organization

Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent
-Languages Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required for this role, as the position involves communication, documentation, and coordination.
-Knowledge in Microsoft is a plus (example: excel, power point, word, etc.)
-Good command of English in both written and verbal
-Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision
-Possesses an energetic, creativity, divergent thinking, and friendly demeanor
-Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
-Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge

Task: As part of the interview, you are required to deliver a presentation (approximately 5–10 minutes) on the following topic:

"How would you build strategic partnerships with telecom operators in new international markets from the ground up?"

*Please select one ideal overseas telecom operator you would approach, and present a business proposal on behalf of Marvel Media to establish a partnership from initial contact to full collaboration.
