Business Development Executive

1. Visit potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
2. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
3. Identify new sales opportunities through networking and market research.
4. Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and pricing.
5. Negotiate terms of sales agreements, quotations, and contracts.
6. Follow up on leads and close sales deals effectively.
7. Provide feedback to management on market developments and customer demands.
8. Prepare weekly and monthly sales visit reports.
9. Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pending deals on CRM system.
10. Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, customer service, finance) to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
11. Handle customer complaints and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
12. Attend sales meetings, product training, and marketing events as required.
