Business Development Executive (Training Industry)

Qualifications
-Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Communications, or any related field.
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training and mentorship provided).
-2-4 years of experience in sales, client servicing, or corporate training may be considered for Senior Executive positions.
-Positive, proactive, and people-oriented attitude.
-Strong communication and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
-Exceptional communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
-Experience in the training industry is an added advantage, but a strong desire to grow and succeed is most important.

Job responsibilities
-Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate training and learning solutions.
-Build strong client relationships & understand their needs.
-Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
-Practice consultative selling to deliver business impact.
-Collaborate with training and internal teams for seamless training delivery.
-Nurture long-term partnerships through consistent engagement.
-Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and KPIs.
