Business Development Manager (international freight/ cargo relocation industry)

Job description
Responsibilities:

• Identify and create new sales opportunities to increase mainly China clients (B2B) base for moving services, immigration, destination, assignment, management services (freight).

• Develop strong network in the market, expand new contacts and accounts

• Be a subject matter expert and deliver consultative advice, best practice and industry updates to clients

• Provide effective sales presentations and accurate documentation for HR, global mobility and procurement

executive level

• Meet/exceed agreed revenue targets

• Meet/exceed agreed new appointment targets



Requirements:

• 2-3 years’ B2B sales experience in services solution selling, in freight/ cargo industry (must have)

• Sound working knowledge of global mobility/relocation process (industry experience preferred)

• Demonstrate strong sales skills across the sales opportunity lifecycle

• Track record of exceeding sales targets and cultivating high value sales opportunities

• Ability to proactively call on management level clients through phone and in-person sales presentations

• Ability to sell contracted services

• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (must have as dealing with China)
