Business Development Manager, Malacca

What you'll be doing

Responsible for establishing, developing, maintaining and servicing general insurance agency business and discharging all related administrative duties.

To ensures effective execution of sales strategies, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and strong stakeholder engagement to support the Company’s business objectives

To carry out preliminary underwriting and develop quotations within the Underwriting acceptance authority according to company's Underwriting Guidelines

To continue to expand general insurance and technical knowledge and skills of subordinates


What we're looking for

5 years and above of working experience in the general insurance industry under business development function

Good understanding of non-motor business

Experienced in leading a small team will be an added advantage
