Job Description
We are looking for an energetic Business Development to join our team. In this role, you will connect with business owners and management level to offer simple, smart financial solutions. You will help clients secure project bonds so they can bid for big contracts easily, while also providing business insurance to protect their operations, staff, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
1. Prospect and source potential corporate clients—including business owners, contractors, and corporate executives— across key industries to generate new sales leads.
2. Promote and structure commercial bond solutions (such as Tender and Performance Bonds) to help businesses free up cash flow and win major contracts.
3. Consult and recommend customized business insurance plans to protect client assets, management teams, and operational risks.
4. Present corporate employee benefit packages, including group medical coverage and staff incentive programs, to help clients attract and retain top talent.
5. Build and maintain long-term business relationships, ensuring smooth client onboarding, timely policy renewals, and high customer satisfaction.
6. Track sales pipelines and support promotional activities to achieve monthly business targets and expand the company’s corporate market presence.

Requirements
• Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or Diploma with 1year of sales or customer-facing experience (fresh graduates with high motivation are welcome!).
• Strong communication, friendly personality, and good negotiation skills.
• Good English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus for handling specific client accounts).
• Eager to learn, self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in speaking to business owners.
