Business Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities – Buy Back Department:

Oversee daily gold buy-back operations across all branches and subsidiaries.

Manage gold buy-back transactions, valuations, and inventory.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with finance and branch heads for collection schedules, settlements, and reporting.

Monitor processes, identify improvements, and support audits.

Key Responsibilities – B2B/B2C Operations:

Issue invoices for jewelry and lock-price gold bars.

Ensure invoices are signed, stamped, and comply with audit standards.

Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and GRNs.

Collect and document payments from customers; communicate accurately to the finance team.

Support inventory management: validate stock issued and received for sales and gold procurement.

Maintain records of stock levels with the sales team; document, report, and address any variances prior to the next trip.

Manage customer relationships by maintaining the KYC database.



Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
