Call Centre Agent

Job Description

• Be responsible to answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.

• Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.

• Fulfil requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.

• Maintains call center database by entering information.

• Follow up with customer calls



Requirements

• DSE/ Form 5 and above

• Candidates with experience will have an added advantage

• Good communication skills; written and oral and listening for English and Cantonese

• Able to work independently, as well as in a team

• Able to multi-task

• Fully work in office
