Cashier

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries.

Handle cash transactions accurately.

Ensure the counter area is always neat, well-organized, clean, and presentable.

Ensure all counter equipment is functioning properly and report any issues.

Monitor and replenish product stock at the counter when necessary.

Requirements:

SPM or equivalent qualification.

Aged 18 and above, and a Malaysian citizen.

Experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.

Detail-oriented in handling transactions and monitoring stock.

Good communication skills to interact with customers.

Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Willing to work in Jelutong, Penang.
