Cashier - Taman Desa

Key Responsibilities
-Greet guests warmly and process dine-in and takeaway payments accurately
-Operate POS system (SIS POS) efficiently, handle cash, e-wallets, and credit card transactions
-Issue receipts, manage petty cash, and ensure daily cash reconciliation
-Assist with order taking during peak hours and coordinate with kitchen staff
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier counter and front desk area
-Provide basic information about menu items and promotions to customers
-Support front-of-house operations as needed (e.g., packing orders, answering calls)

Requirements
-Malaysian citizen or PR, aged 20–40 preferred
-Minimum 1 year of cashier or customer service experience in F&B
-Familiar with Chinese cuisine and non-halal dining environment
-Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and basic Mandarin
-Honest, punctual, well-groomed, and customer-focused
-Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
