Qualifications
-Skills needed: Event setup, food handling, customer service, teamwork, time management, communication skills
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
-Assists with setup and teardown of catered events, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and decorations according to the event layout.
-Handles food preparation and serving tasks, always ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met.
-Provide excellent customer service to event attendees by answering questions, resolving issues and ensuring guest satisfaction.
-Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure activities run smoothly, communicate clearly and support colleagues as needed.
-Manage time efficiently, complete assigned tasks within stipulated timeframes, and prioritize responsibilities to meet activity deadlines.
-Keep the event venue clean and tidy, including clearing tables, disposing of trash, and disinfecting surfaces.
-Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including dress code, attendance and code of conduct.

Job responsibilities
-According to the event arrangements, be responsible for the venue layout of the catering event, including the placement of tables and chairs, tableware, decorations, etc.
-Safely and efficiently handle and store food and beverage equipment, ingredients, and supplies, ensuring all items are properly secured.
-Strictly adhere to food safety and hygiene standards to ensure that all food meets hygiene requirements during preparation, handling and supply.
-Provide guests with quality food and beverage service, including serving food and beverages, answering questions and handling special requests.
-Work closely with team members to ensure smooth running of activities, communicate in a timely manner and resolve unexpected issues.
-After the event, be responsible for cleaning up the venue, including tableware recycling, garbage removal and venue restoration.
-Assist in preparing simple food and beverages as needed, such as cutting fruit, mixing drinks, etc.
