What you'll be doing

1 Raw Material Import Application Management

- Submit import material applications to China HQ

- Prepare customs clearance documents (PO/Invoice/Packing List)

2 Post-Import Cost Verification & Freight Invoice Reconciliation

- Collect and verify post-import cost documents

- Reconcile freight forwarder invoices

3 3PL Management

- Place store orders to 3PL warehouse

- Monitor delivery status & damage claims

- Manage inventory expiry control

- Shelf-life Control

4 Freight Forwarder Liaison

- Liaise with forwarders for customs documentation

- Trade Compliance and Documentation Oversight

- Customs Clearance Support



What we're looking for

1. At least 1 year of related professional experience
2. Logistics specialization
3. Strong analytical skills to maintain optimal inventory levels
4. Exceptional business negotiation skills
5. Business-level Mandarin proficiency
