Your Mission:-

Provide friendly and efficient service to the client.为客户提供友善且高效率的服务

Be a first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints. 及时处理及解决客户投诉

Maintain good communication and collaboration with relevant departments to ensure accurate information flow. 与相关部门保持良好沟通与协作，确保信息准确传递。

Displayed courtesy and strong interpersonal skills with all customer interactions. 在所有客户互动中展现礼貌及良好的人际沟通能力

Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile. 主动为客户提供额外协助，建立长期及良好的客户关系



Who are we looking for:-

Minimum posses with SPM Passed, Professional Certificates, Diploma, Bachelor Degree and above 至少拥有 SPM、专业证书、Diploma、Bachelor Degree 或以上学历

Able to communicate and write well in both English and Mandarin, as the role requires engaging with the target audience. 能够以英语及中文进行良好沟通与书写（因工作需接触相关目标客户群）

Able converse in Cantonese is an advantage. 能够使用粤语沟通者将具优势

With relevant customer service experience (Voice / Non-voice) is preferable. 拥有相关客服工作经验者优先考虑

Willing to work on shift working hours including midnight shift & weekend is preferable 能接受轮班工作时间（包括午夜班及周末）者优先考虑
