- Prepare and cook menu items according to the café's recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency are maintained at all times.
- Oversee daily operations of the assigned kitchen section and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Assist in training and guiding junior kitchen staff when required.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain an organized work station.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
