The Chef de Partie is responsible for managing a specific kitchen station, preparing and cooking menu items to brand standards, and supervising junior kitchen staff, including Demi Chefs and Kitchen Crew. This role ensures food quality, consistency, and efficiency while maintaining hygiene and proper kitchen workflow.
