任职资格
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Chief Cashier or Senior Cashier, preferably in a supermarket or hypermarket environment.
• Strong knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash handling procedures.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proven leadership ability with a track record of motivating and developing a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume transactions effectively.
• Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Willing to work in Kawasan Industri Kampung Jaya, Sungai Buloh.
岗位职责
Able to guide and lead the cashier department, providing direct supervision,
coaching, and training to junior cashier staff.
Oversee and manage daily cash register operations, including opening/closing of
registers and performing daily cash counts.
Able to review and reconcile daily cash transactions to ensure accuracy,
accountability, and compliance with company policies.
Ensure all checkout stations are properly staffed, clean, and running efficiently at all
times.
Manage the distribution and collection of cash floats and ensure all stations have
sufficient change for operations.
Identify and resolve cash discrepancies, voiding error receipts, and handling
customer refunds or returns professionally.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service escalations at the front
end, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Collaborate with the Treasury Department and Store Management to optimize cash
management and front-end workflow.
Monitor and verify daily till reports to identify trends or areas for process
improvement.
