📝 Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chief Construction Engineer to oversee civil construction and project execution works for industrial and construction projects.

我们正在寻找一位经验丰富的土建总工程师，负责工业及建筑项目的土建施工管理、工程技术协调及项目执行工作。

📋 Job Description

• Lead and oversee overall civil construction and engineering management for construction projects
负责建筑项目整体土建施工及工程管理工作。

• Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction plans to ensure project requirements are achieved
审核工程图纸、技术规范及施工方案，确保符合项目要求。

• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and management regarding engineering and construction matters
协调项目团队、顾问、分包商、供应商及管理层之间的工程与施工事务。

• Monitor project progress, construction quality, technical standards, and site execution activities
监督项目进度、施工质量、技术标准及现场执行情况。

• Provide technical guidance and engineering solutions for construction issues and project coordination matters
针对施工问题及项目协调事项提供技术支持与解决方案。

• Support project planning, construction methodology review, and technical proposal preparation
协助项目规划、施工方案审核及技术方案准备工作。

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, company procedures, safety standards, and local authority requirements
确保项目符合施工规范、公司流程、安全标准及政府部门要求。

• Prepare technical reports, engineering analysis, project updates, and management presentations
准备技术报告、工程分析、项目进度更新及管理层汇报资料。

• Identify engineering risks, technical conflicts, and operational issues, and implement corrective actions accordingly
识别工程风险、技术冲突及运营问题，并推动改善措施。

• Lead and supervise engineering team members, including technical coordination and operational improvement initiatives
领导及管理工程团队，包括技术协调及运营改善工作。

🎓 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field
土木工程、土建工程或相关专业本科以上学历。

• Minimum 8 years of construction or industrial project experience
至少8年以上建筑或工业项目相关经验。

• Strong experience in civil construction and engineering management
具备丰富的土建施工及工程管理经验。

• Experience in industrial building, factory, infrastructure, or EPC projects is an added advantage
具备工业厂房、基础设施或 EPC 项目经验者优先考虑。

• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English
具备良好的中英文沟通能力。

• We are seeking candidates proficient in both English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders
需具备良好的英语及中文沟通能力，以便与不同客户及合作伙伴进行有效沟通。

• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
