Chief Financial Officer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.

Responsibilities
-Develop and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to the CEO.
-Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
-Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits.
-Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
-Ensure the company's financial operations comply with applicable laws and regulations across relevant countries and regions.
-Establish and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.
-Participate in setting up multinational companies and developing financial structures to support business expansion across different countries.
-Provide tax planning and compliance advice for cross-border operations, with a strong understanding of taxation systems and regulations across Southeast Asia.
-Develop fundraising strategies, identify financing opportunities, and oversee financing initiatives.
-Work closely with the CEO and executive team to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations for business growth and investment decisions.

Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
-7–10 years of relevant finance experience, preferably with senior financial management experience.
-Experience in setting up multinational companies, overseas business expansion, or cross-border financial management.
-Strong knowledge of taxation systems, tax planning, and regulatory compliance across multiple Southeast Asian countries.
-Proven fundraising experience, including financing strategy, identifying funding sources, and working with financial institutions.
-Strong financial analysis, planning, cash flow management, and risk management skills.
-Good knowledge of financial reporting, company audits, and relevant financial regulations.
-Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
-CPA, ACCA, MBA, or other relevant professional qualifications are preferred but not required.
-Language proficiency: Fluency in Mandarin Chinese, with strong verbal and written communication skills, is required to communicate effectively with the China headquarters, management, and business partners.
-Good English communication skills are preferred.
