Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily operations across all departments

Lead and develop managers and operational teams

Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of products and services

Improve customer satisfaction and operational performance

Prepare operations for expansion (new branches/markets)

Requirements

Proven experience in operations or senior management

Strong leadership and execution skills

Able to communicate fluently in Chinese
