Key Responsibilities
•Lead and oversee the company's overall technology strategy, roadmap, and evolution
•Build, manage, and mentor engineering and Operations/SRE teams; drive major architecture decisions and technical reviews
•Collaborate with founders and management on product direction; drive product development from concept to deployment
•Infrastructure Automation & Architecture: define organization-level IaC (Terraform, Ansible) and automation standards and tooling; design scalable, reusable automation systems that eliminate manual-ops bottlenecks at the architectural level
•System & Application Architecture: own end-to-end architecture design and technology selection across multiple stacks (Java, Python, Go, PHP, Node.js); define microservices, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and service-governance strategies
•Cloud & Multi-Cloud Strategy: design enterprise cloud architecture and multi-cloud/hybrid-cloud strategy (Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, Huawei Cloud, AWS); own capacity planning, cost optimization (FinOps), and high-availability design
•CDN & Global Acceleration: design CDN and edge-acceleration architecture (multi-CDN scheduling domestically, overseas acceleration); define traffic-scheduling, protection, and HA standards
•Domain, Certificate & Security Systems: plan the organization's domain and DNS architecture and full-lifecycle certificate management; design the overall security-protection architecture (defense-in-depth, zero-trust, WAF, DDoS mitigation) and hold ultimate technical responsibility for security incidents
•DevOps Strategy & Platform Engineering: lead DevOps modernization and platform-engineering initiatives; design enterprise CI/CD platforms and containerization/orchestration architecture to improve engineering effectiveness and release quality
•Network & Security Architecture: design overall network and zero-trust/remote-access architecture (firewalls, proxies, OpenVPN, WireGuard, SD-WAN); define security baselines and compliance requirements (ISO, etc.)
•Observability & Reliability: design enterprise observability (metrics, logging, tracing); define SLOs/SLIs; lead capacity planning, performance optimization, and reliability governance (chaos engineering, failure drills)
•Data & Storage Architecture: design database and storage architecture (sharding, read-write splitting, multi-active, backup DR); define data reliability and consistency standards
•Business Continuity & DR: design enterprise backup, disaster-recovery, and business-continuity (BCP/DR) architecture; define RTO/RPO targets to ensure resilience of critical business
•Manage technical budgets and vendor relationships; establish engineering best practices and processes
