What You’ll Do
Act as the first point of contact for clients via WhatsApp & Zoom

Conduct weekly software onboarding & virtual support sessions

Guide customers through setup, usage & feature customisation

Troubleshoot issues, escalate bugs, and document client feedback

Build strong client relationships to improve retention & satisfaction

Participate in team briefings, product updates & skill-building sessions

Who We’re Looking For
Fresh graduates welcome — full training provided
(Tech, HR, Business, or related background is a plus)

2–3 years of customer support/account/client-facing experience is an advantage

Strong communication & problem-solving skills

Self-driven, detail-oriented, and customer-focused

Multilingual proficiency is a plus
