We have vacancies at our new daycare cancer centre in Kuala Lumpur and are seeking for suitable candidates to join us as Clinic Assistants.

Job Description

Responsible for:

Providing assistance to the doctors; supporting simple clinic procedures, assisting patients in the consultation room.

Liaison with patients and their family members on appointments with the doctors and other associated diagnostic services.

Assist patients with registrations, billings and insurance claims enquiries.

Verification of patients’ information into the Clinic system.

Provide assistance on private health insurance coverage to ensure claims process is in order.

Requirements:

Min SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service or equivalent

Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare industry.

Pro-active to patients’ needs and able to communicate effectively and work effectively with others in the team to accomplish the goals of the team and the organisation.
