Located within the fringe of Kuala Lumpur's city center, Icon Oncology recently began its operations specializing in world-class medical oncology, bringing together a team of esteemed oncologists, nurses, pharmacists and administrative support teams provide care to our patients.

About the Role

As Clinical Operations Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient care, with clinical and operational excellence. This is a full-time, permanent position reporting to the Clinical lead Head Quarters (Icon ASEAN), with a strong focus on leadership, strategic growth, and service innovation. You will oversee the daily operations, resource management, and quality assurance processes to maintain a patient-centred approach.

You will:

Drive operational performance and patient experience

Lead and develop a high-performing, collaborative team

Oversee clinical excellence by monitoring clinical KPIs

Oversee financial, HR, and quality KPIs

Manage resources efficiently to optimise workflow, quality, and productivity

Foster strong relationships with doctors and stakeholders

Partner with Business Development to implement strategic initiatives

Champion innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a proactive, adaptable leader with:

Experience in healthcare leadership and service delivery

Strong business acumen and financial management skills

A collaborative, people-first leadership style

A passion for excellence and innovation in patient care

Qualifications in healthcare (preferred), health administration, or business (desirable)

Previous experience working in oncology is advantageous
