Cloud Technical Support Engineer

⚙️ Key Responsibilities
-Provide technical support and issue resolution for clients using public or private cloud platforms.

-Assist in the deployment, delivery, and optimization of cloud-based solutions.

-Offer remote technical consultation to ensure stable cloud infrastructure operations.

-Collaborate with internal engineering and infrastructure teams to diagnose and resolve system problems.

-Maintain accurate documentation of customer issues, solutions, and technical best practices.

-Participate in pre-sales technical discussions and contribute to solution design when needed.


🎓 Requirements
-Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

-Solid understanding of cloud technologies — virtualization, containerization, networking, and security groups.

-Experience in one or more of the following areas:

-Cloud project delivery or implementation (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud, etc.)

-Cloud architecture, deployment, or pre-sales solution support.

-Proficient in Linux / Windows system administration and command-line tools.

-Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

-Hands-on experience with real-world implementation or deployment is highly preferred.

-Cloud certifications (e.g. AWS Certified, Alibaba Cloud ACP/ACE, Azure Administrator).

-Familiar with database management, API integration, or scripting languages (Python, Shell).
