CNC PROGRAMMER

JOB DESCRIPTION

-Prepare CNC programming with Mastercam CAD/CAM software, monitoring CNC programs and ensure accuracy of all instructions through comparison with drawing and design 使用 Mastercam CAD/CAM 软件编制数控程序，监控数控程序，并通过与图纸和设计的比较确保所有指令的准确性

-Analyze drawings to determine the best machining processes and tooling requirements 分析图纸，确定最佳加工工艺和工具要求

-Collaborate with production teams to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency 与生产团队合作，优化加工流程，提高效率

-Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machining issues to ensure smooth production flow 排除并解决编程和加工问题，确保生产流程顺畅

-Capable to use common measuring equipment 能够精准使用常用测量设备

-Carry out other duties and ad-hoc assignment as and when required by management 执行管理层要求的其他职责和临时任务


JOB REQUIREMENTS

-Certificate or Diploma or Degree in Precision Machining, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
拥有精密机械加工、机械工程或制造工程相关专业的证书或文凭

-At least 5 years of working experience in precision engineering
具备至少5年相关工作经验

-Experience as a Machinist would be an advantage
优先考虑有机床操作经验人士

-Current working experience with SolidCAM/NX UG will be added advantage
熟悉运用 SolidCAM/NX UG

-Serious, meticulous, responsible, and willing to follow instructions
工作态度认真细致，责任心强，愿意服从管理指示

-Must be proficient in Mandarin for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients 必须精通中文，以便与讲中文的客户有效沟通
