Hup Lik Group is expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Commercial Debt Collectors.

Job Details

Location: Cheras Balakong (near MRT)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Rest Days: Weekends & Public Holidays
Salary Package: Basic RM2,200 – RM2,500 + attractive commission scheme
High performers can achieve RM10,000+ monthly income

Responsibilities

* Handle commercial debt collection cases professionally
* Communicate with clients and customers to arrange repayment solutions
* Follow up on overdue accounts and maintain proper records
* Work closely with the team to achieve collection targets

Requirements

* Mandarin-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as the role requires frequent communication with Mandarin-speaking clients
* Basic trilingual ability (Mandarin / English / Malay)
* Age 20–40
* Possess a positive attitude, self-discipline, and willingness to learn
* Driving license preferred (car not required)
