What you'll be doing
-Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer orders
-Maintaining a clean and organised workstation, ensuring all kitchen equipment is well-maintained
-Assisting the Chef de Partie with food preparation, portioning, and presentation
-Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
-Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
-Participating in menu development and tastings as required

What we're looking for
-Relevant experience as a Commis 1 or entry-level kitchen role in the hospitality industry
-Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
-Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
-Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
-Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
