Requirements

Fresh Graduates are also welcomed. Working experience will be an added advantage for the role.
Possess related certificate OR Diploma OR Degree in culinary arts.
Good knowledge of different types of pastry, bread, dessert and decorating.
Able to communicate and collaborate in a team.
Good understanding of food, health, and safety regulations
Responsibilities

Part of the daily production of bread and/or patisseries.
Assesses inventory and requests resupply when necessary.
Ensuring daily operations is adhering to sanitation policies.
Monitor kitchen equipment and reports issues to the senior baker.
Disposals of spoiled items.
Continually develops culinary knowledge to produce high-quality meals.
Contribute ideas to innovate our menu or improve the way we serve in our store.
