Commis Chef

Key Responsibilities
-Assist with daily food production and preparation
-Work independently with discipline and efficiency
-Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic workstation
-Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation
-Support the Head Chef in menu development and daily operations
-Demonstrate willingness to learn and refine skills
-Contribute positively as a supportive team member

Requirements
-1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hotels
-Strong technical knowledge of breakfast and hot line operations
-Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
-Calm, organised, and hands-on in a small-team environment
-Culinary diploma or equivalent certification preferred
