Communication Executive - Penang

Job Description:
-Promote and sell our company’s products and services within an assigned geographic area to meet or exceed weekly sales targets.
-Promote and establish education of the company's products and/or services through Sales & Marketing and Fundraising activities.
-Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
-Raise awareness for our clients' work with children & other causes around the world and their advocacy work around Malaysia.
-Obtain and identify quality supporters using methods outlined in Core Skills training.
-Maintain the highest possible standards of integrity, consistent with Omniraise core values

Requirements:
-Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, competitive, tenacious, and proactive
-Able to work independently but within a team environment
-Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
-Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
-Able to work with targets and meet the targets set by the management.
-Fresh Graduates are welcome as long as you are willing and ready to learn!
-Immediate Starters Preferred
