Requirements

Proven experience in content creation for personal branding (IP building)
Degree holder is preferred.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Peien Malaysia's brand identity and marketing goals, targeting pet owners and families.
Create engaging and informative content, including blog posts, social media updates, website copy, and marketing materials, in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Manage and optimize Peien Malaysia's social media presence across various platforms, including but not limited to RedNote, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to Peien Malaysia's website.
Produce high-quality video content, including shooting, editing, and post-production, for social media, website, and advertising campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
Analyze content performance metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), using data to inform content strategy and optimize results.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute personal IP content strategy across social platforms
Create engaging and informative content, including blog posts, articles, social media updates, website copy, and email newsletters, in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Manage and maintain Peien Malaysia's social media presence across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines, improving organic visibility and driving traffic to the Peien Malaysia website.
Produce high-quality video content, including product demonstrations, customer testimonials, and educational videos, utilizing video editing skills and potentially video shooting skills.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
Analyze content performance metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), using data to inform future content strategies and optimize existing content.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in content marketing, social media, and pet care, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance Peien Malaysia's content and online presence.
