Content Creator

Brief

Our #MKAJoycareTeam is expanding! We are looking for Content Creator to drive the health and beauty brands with us!

Job Description:

Brainstorm, plan and execute content ideas across TikTok, Instagram, Meta platforms and other digital channels.

Create engaging short-form videos, shoot lifestyle imagery, and other formats of content aligned with brand strategy and trends.

Participate in on-camera shoots: product highlights, lifestyle content, tutorials, behind-the-scenes, etc.

Work closely with the Marketing & Brand teams on content calendars, campaign assets and product launches.

Assist in copywriting for captions, social campaigns, video scripts and basic storytelling captions.

Monitor content performance and propose improvements based on analytics insights.

Stay updated on digital and beauty trends, platform algorithm changes, trending music, hashtags, etc.

Support events, KOL activations, roadshows, off-site activations as and when required.

Requirements:

Passionate in beauty, skincare, self-care, and content creations.

Comfortable being in front of the camera.

Strong creative sense and familiarity with online trends, especially TikTok/IG Reels & Xiao Hong Shu (is an added advantage).

Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, and other related tools, basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop will be an advantage)

Able to shoot content with mobile devices — strong visual eye & lighting awareness.

Good English and Bahasa Melayu writing & communication skills. Knowledge of written / read Chinese is an advantage.

Proactive attitude, a team player who enjoys collaborating in a fast-paced environment.

Self-driven with strong attention to detail.

Additional info

We are fully on site and our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

Our office, MKA Joycare Sdn Bhd is located at 40, Jln TPP 3, Taman Perindustrian Putra, 47130 Puchong, Selangor.
