What You Need to Join the Fun

A diploma or higher in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or something relevant. (Fresh grads, we see you!
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in social media content & video editing. Internship & Fresh graduates are welcome!
Fluent in English, Mandarin etc. extra languages = bonus points!
A social media pro – If you’re managing your own engaging account, we love that energy!
Creative, analytical, and organized – You can dream up ideas and back them up with data.
Skills in Canva, Photoshop, or video editing – because great content needs great visuals!
Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing (A.K.A. Your Superpowers)

Mastermind Content – Plan, create, and execute social media content across platforms like XHS (小红书), IG, Facebook, TikTok & more!
Trend Chaser – Stay ahead of viral trends, craft short-form videos, and keep our brand at the top of the feed.
Ad Ninja – Run social media campaigns (Facebook, IG, TikTok Ads) that actually work.
Data Detective – Analyze performance, track what works, and tweak strategies for maximum engagement.
Collab Like a Pro – Work with Marketing, Content & Sales teams to bring big ideas to life.


Bonus Points If You Have:

An Eye for Design – Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or video editing? Awesome! Not a must, but definitely a plus.
