Content Creation & Digital Experience Management
• Oversee creation of customer-centric content (web, blogs, social, email, landing pages) that communicates value and enhances user engagement.

• Oversee the creation of impactful marketing content and promotional toolkits, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all customer touchpoints to reinforce brand authority and market leadership.

• Collaborate with design, content, and technical teams to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and digital assets aligned with NSW’s brand.

• Manage website content, UX improvements, SEO/SEM strategies, and performance optimization to enhance browsing experience and conversions.

• Monitor user behavior analytics to drive continuous improvements to digital touchpoints.

Social Media Marketing & Engagement
• Manage and grow NSW’s presence across key social platforms, ensuring consistent branding and high-quality interactions.

• Plan and execute social media campaigns that strengthen brand storytelling, technological positioning, and customer engagement.

• Monitor engagement metrics, respond to inquiries, and recommend improvements to enhance community experience and reach.

• Work with content and Marcom teams to ensure cohesive messaging across channels.
