职位描述
Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying Building or Construction Management, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in property development and construction, or in similar role.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QS-related software.
Must be highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Able to speak and understand Mandarin fluently – to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines.
Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites and consultant offices as required.
Responsibilities
Preparation of Tender & Contract Documents
Prepare and evaluate tender submissions, quotations, and cost estimates.
Assists in the drafting and administration of contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
Cost Control & Budget Monitoring
Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with the approved budget.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and alert the management on cost deviations.
Progress Claims & Payment Certifications
Prepare, verify, and process interim progress claims, final accounts, and subcontractor payments.
Liaise with project team and clients on work progress and payment matters.
Site Measurement & Variation Orders
Conduct physical site measurements and prepare site valuation reports.
Assess and compile variation orders (VO) and ensure timely approval.
Project Coordination
Coordinate with architects, consultants and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
Support the project team in tender analysis, material cost comparison, and supplier negotiations.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain proper filing of all contractual documents, correspondences, and claims.
Provide monthly cost reports and contract updates to the management.
