Contract Executive

Preparation of projects’ forecast budgets.

· Preparation of Sub-Contractors’ awards by executing tendering progress.

· Preparation of Monthly Progress Claims and Sub-Contractors’ Interim Certificates.

· Conducting site valuation.

· Monitoring material quantity within budgets.

· Monitoring construction site progress and liaise closely with site personnel.

· Liaison with respective sub-contractors, consultants and Authority.
