Job Description
[ Corporate Sales Executive ]

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented B2B Corporate Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on Maxis business solutions. This role involves engaging with a fixed database of existing business customers, offering tailored solutions including mobile plans, devices, and rebate programs. The position offers a high commission structure, rewarding strong sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound cold calls to assigned business customers from the existing database
Arrange and attend face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their business needs
Present and promote Maxis business solutions, including mobile plans, devices, and rebate offerings
Provide consultative recommendations to optimize clients’ telecom usage and cost savings
Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients
Follow up on leads and opportunities to close sales effectively
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

Job Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, telesales, or account management is an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with cold calling and meeting clients in person
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Basic understanding of telecommunications products/services is a plus
Own transport and willingness to travel for client meetings
Compensation & Benefits
High commission structure (up to 50% commission-based earnings)
