What You’ll Be Doing:
-Monitor budget execution across workshops, conduct regular variance analysis, and propose improvement actions
-Track work order execution and closure to ensure accurate and timely cost allocation
-Monitor warehouse inbound, outbound, and shipment activities to ensure data accuracy and prevent abnormal losses
-Control material over-issuance, scrap, and losses; analyze root causes and drive corrective actions
-Oversee spare parts usage and inventory management to improve utilization and reduce inventory costs
-Assist in workshop cost accounting and analysis (materials, labor, manufacturing overhead) to support cost control and optimization
-Collaborate with production, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and process compliance
-Participate in stocktaking, investigate inventory variances, and follow up on adjustments and improvements
-Support cost improvement initiatives to drive cost reduction and efficiency enhancement
Your Background & Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related disciplines preferred
-At least 1 year of relevant experience in finance or cost-related roles; manufacturing experience is an advantage
-Outstanding fresh graduates are welcome to apply (fresh graduates will follow the company’s graduate salary scheme).
-Basic understanding of cost accounting principles and manufacturing cost structures
-Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel and other office tools
-Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure with strong execution ability
-Good communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate across production, warehouse, and finance functions
-Able to use both English and Mandarin as working languages
