Costing Executive

Responsibilities
Responsible to ensure all Costing computation, transaction in Oracle e-Biz AR, Inventory/Stock item balance and budgeting computation are accurately accounted and in compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standard.
Data entry transactions (intercompany, CBU, part sales) in Oracle e-Biz AR.
Monitoring aging reports on outstanding payment overdue and follow-up with related PIC as and when necessary.
Monthly trade debtors analysis, credit collection, and control to ensure no outstanding more than 150 days.
To assist in Costing computation (Product Costing Automation System) during monthly accounts closing.
Assist in Trial Balance analysis on stock accounts and closing balances (monthly balance).
Assist in Costing matters for PCSB Annual Budget and Revised Budget.
Liaise with Group Internal Auditor (GIA) and external auditor (EY) on related audit matter.
Assist in GST/SST related matters.
Assist in ad-hoc government matters as and when required.
Assist in IRB audit as and when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
Good understanding and knowledge of accounting rules and procedure, accounting principles and systems .
Strong interpersonal skills, independent and accountable.
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Well verse in Microsoft Office Applications.
