Costing Executive - Shipping

Responsibilities:

Secure vessel bookings for commercial operations and submit weekly import and export revenue reports to headquarters.

Review and enter TDR data into the system.

Prepare and submit weekly voyage expense budgets to headquarters.

Conduct revenue comparison and variance analysis.

Review FORM C, D, and E billing statements.

Update annual agreements for laden container feeder services, empty container feeder services, and laden container trucking services.

Perform feeder rate comparison and cost analysis.

Submit payment applications through the OA system.

Review revenue adjustment and expense adjustment invoices.

Prepare monthly settlement reports.

Conduct comparative analysis of container volumes between port reports and business reports.

Enter invoices into the system and scan supporting documents.

Job Requirements:

Qualification: Degree holder

Experience: Preferable with prior sales experience or customer service in Shipping/Logistic Industry

Knowledge: Familiarity with vessel operations is an advantage, understanding of maritime laws, customs requirements & Incoterms

Language Skills: Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin for better communication purpose with clients and HQ

Work location: Bintulu

Salary: negotiable based on knowledge and experience
